I understand that participation in sports and movement activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in Playball Tampa Bay programs, I voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Playball Tampa Bay, its coaches, and host facilities from liability for personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from my child's participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
